David’s nose嚴選的這支衣索比亞G1是來自著名產區耶加雪菲 哥迪貝區的果丁丁處理廠,海拔標高2050-2200公尺,名副其實的高山咖啡生豆。耶加雪菲是世界上最著名的咖啡產區之一,也是咖啡阿拉比卡的原產地。這裡的咖啡樹由當地農民細心照料,再透過果丁丁處理廠對於咖啡櫻桃嚴格挑選成熟的紅果,並精緻日曬處理,讓咖啡生豆的風味格外細緻且特出。這隻生豆經由我們的烘焙,讓它獨得的花香及果香得以釋放。我們也送給Coffee Review評測:這隻豆子喝起來是非常乾淨清晰的水果風味調性,佐以淡淡黑巧克力的香甜。仔細品嘗則有覆盆子、葡萄柚皮、杏仁奶油、丁香等複雜香氣組合而成。香甜中,帶有清脆酸香,如同糖漿般的口感。最後的喉韻則以黑巧克力及覆盆子結尾。豐富細膩的口感,值得你細細品嘗一番~以下是Coffee Review 93分的評語:網站連結: Blind Assessment: Bittersweet, cleanly fruit-toned.
